This role will be perfect for an individual who excels both independently and within a team, and who can contribute to the evolution of our IT asset man年龄ment practices.

The successful candidate will work alongside the existing team member to ensure the efficient completion of all day-to-day activities related to hardware and software asset man年龄ment. This includes tracking and auditing hardware and software assets, disposing of hardware assets in accordance with relevant regulations, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and mitigate risks associated with software licensing, and maintaining an effective license position for all software contracts.

As an IT Asset Specialist, you will be instrumental in advancing the ITAM function's maturity. 与IT服务经理密切合作, you will evaluate current processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and help implement effective asset man年龄ment practices.

• Keeping track of all IT assets owned by the organisation, including hardware, software, and licenses.
• Managing the entire lifecycle of IT assets, from 采购 to retirement or disposal.
• Monitoring software licenses to ensure compliance with vendor agreements and optimising license us年龄 to minimise costs.
• Conducting regular audits to verify the accuracy of asset inventories and ensure compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements.
• Analysing asset us年龄 patterns and identifying opportunities to optimise resources and reduce costs without compromising performance.

• Experience interpreting licensing terms and conditions, purchase orders, and service agreements.
